Dry van. Reefer. Flatbed.
Whatever you pull, we know the lanes, the brokers, and the rates for it.
IFTA filing, done for you
Every quarter your fuel tax has to be reconciled across every state you ran. Miss it and you're looking at penalties, interest, and a suspended license plate. We track the miles and the fuel all quarter and file it on your behalf — you just send the receipts.
You send receipts
Snap a photo of every fuel receipt and send it in. Trip sheets and ELD exports work too.
We reconcile the quarter
Miles per jurisdiction, gallons purchased, and the tax owed or credited in each state — checked line by line.
Filed before the deadline
We file with your base jurisdiction and send you the confirmation and a copy for your records.
Returns are due even for a quarter you didn't run. If the deadline lands on a weekend or holiday, it moves to the next business day.
Factoring, set up right
Fuel, insurance, and truck payments hit today — brokers pay in 30 to 45 days. That gap puts profitable owner-operators out of business. We connect you with factoring partners, read the contract with you, and submit your paperwork clean so the advance actually lands in 24 hours.
Deliver and collect
Drop the load, get the signed rate confirmation and proof of delivery.
We invoice same day
The clock only starts once the invoice is in — so we send it the day you deliver, not the following week.
You get paid in ~1 day
The factor advances most of the invoice, then collects from the broker. Chasing payment stops being your job.
Recourse
Lower fee, but you buy the invoice back if the broker never pays. Best when you haul for brokers you know.
Non-recourse
Higher fee, but the factor absorbs the loss if a broker goes under — usually for insolvency only, not rate disputes.
- Your exact factoring rate, and what moves it
- Year-long lock-ins and monthly minimums
- Setup, ACH, fuel-advance, and termination fees
- Reserve holdbacks on every invoice
The best cash-flow fix is still better-paying loads. We keep the truck on higher-rate freight with fewer empty miles, so factoring stays a tool and never becomes a crutch.

Should you take this load?
Deadhead and fuel eat the offer before you ever see it. Enter the load a broker just pitched you and see what actually lands in your pocket.
What factoring really costs
A 3% fee sounds small until you see it as a yearly rate on money you only borrowed for 30 days. Here's the honest number.
IFTA quarter estimator
Enter the miles you ran and the gallons you bought in each state. We'll show you roughly what you owe — or get back — before the filing deadline surprises you.
Estimate only. Tax rates change every quarter and surcharge states are billed separately — we file the real return for the carriers we dispatch.
When will you actually deliver?
Miles divided by speed isn't an ETA. This plans the trip around the 11-hour driving limit, the 14-hour window, the 30-minute break and the 10-hour reset.
Estimate under the federal property-carrying rules. It doesn't track your 60/70-hour cycle, split sleeper, traffic or weather. Your ELD is the final word.
How much detention can you bill?
Most brokers start paying after two free hours at the dock. Enter your in and out times and get the number for the invoice.
Get your in and out times written on the BOL, and tell the broker the moment free time runs out. Most won't pay detention they weren't told about.
What will this run cost in fuel?
Diesel is the biggest bill on most loads. Count the deadhead miles too: they burn fuel and pay nothing.
Which load actually pays more?
The higher offer isn't always the better load once you count the empty miles to reach it. Put two loads side by side.
Are you legal on weight?
Check your gross against the 80,000 lb federal limit before you leave the shipper, then check each axle from your scale ticket.
Federal limits on interstates: 80,000 lb gross and 34,000 lb per tandem. Steer limits depend on tire ratings and state rules; 12,000 lb is a common working number. Diesel is figured at about 7 lb per gallon.
Owner-operator or company driver?
Gross revenue looks big until the truck takes its share. Compare what you keep running your own authority against a company paycheck.
Before taxes. Owner-operators also pay self-employment tax and their own health insurance; company drivers usually get benefits. Not sure of your operating cost? Run the CPM calculator.
Look up any MC or DOT number
Check your own public FMCSA record before a broker does, or vet a company before you work with them. Opens the official SAFER snapshot.
Opens safer.fmcsa.dot.gov in a new tab. Check that the operating status reads AUTHORIZED and the legal name matches your paperwork.
